Task Force Consulting is a quick, cost-effective, and temporary solution to help hotels, management companies, and restaurants fill open sales and operations positions at every level. Task Force Consultants may be needed anytime turnover or consulting voids arise as a result of management changes, maternity or medical leave, hotel takeovers, or as additional consultants for a short period of time.
A profile of the consultants we select for your assignment will detail their level of experience. Many of our consultants are seasoned and love doing Task Force because of their experience in many brands.
The minimum commitment for placement of a Task Force Consultant is typically three to four weeks with the option to extend in two-week intervals following the last week of the contract.
“Task-to-Perm” refers to Task Force Consultants that are ready to fill temporary positions and are also available for the possibility of becoming a permanent fit.
Based on your request, Carver chooses two to three qualified consultants for your consideration. You are then given the opportunity to review and conduct a telephone interview with the candidates and Carver staff.
