What is Task Force?
Task Force is a temporary solution to assist hotels and hotel management companies by filling open sales and operations positions quickly.
Do I need experience?
Yes, a minimum 3 years of experience is needed for most positions.
How much travel is involved? If so, how often do I get to come home?
About 80% travel is involved with assignments lasting two to three weeks.
How much does it pay and how often?
The pay is commensurate with the hotel tier, position and level of experience. Our consultants are paid weekly.
What type of commitment is typically involved?
We require a minimum commitment of three weeks with an option to extend.
What steps do I need to complete in order to prepare myself for the phone interview with the contacts from the management companies?
When preparing for the telephone interview, we ask that you visit the property website and get familiar with the hotel’s features and amenities.
