Peggy Olson has more than 20 years of experience in both hospitality operations and executive leadership roles. She has held the titles of spa director, general manager, manager of organizational planning and development, executive director of human resources and vice president/executive recruiter. Through her experience in working with both the individual and with a team, Peggy has developed and honed her methods of assessing both the client and the candidate. To those who have worked with Peggy either on property or as an executive recruiter, her style of seeing organizations in their entirety and the nuances in the individual candidate, is key to maximizing the recruiting process to a successful conclusion. Through her integrity and unique approach, Peggy brings expertise that comes from experience, and a candor and professionalism that yields unbeatable results. 

Peggy is based out of her home state of Minnesota. She enjoys two adult daughters now in their own professional careers. She currently resides in White Bear Lake, where she is able to spend time with family and enjoy three adorable grandchildren.
